Important News Regarding Our Leadership Dinner: Letter From Executive Director

Dear Friends,
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and in following the advice of state medical officials, Bridges to Community has made the difficult decision that we will not be hosting an in-person Leadership Dinner event on April 23, 2020. We are exploring the option of a virtual event to make sure that this year’s incredible honorees and all the supporters of this special occasion are properly recognized.
We will continue to raise funds to complete the projects we have committed to this year. Despite the many volunteer trips that are unable to travel, we want to keep the commitment we made with our community partners. We, therefore, hope that you will still support the event and our ongoing projects with a financial contribution. Fundraising messages for the event will recognize all of our sponsors and journal advertisers.
We appreciate the actions that our local, state and federal officials are making to safeguard the health and well-being of everyone. We will continue to keep you informed of our plans in the days and weeks ahead.
This remains a complicated and rapidly evolving situation and we are grateful for your understanding and continued support of our mission.
We sincerely thank you and hope you and your family are well,
Julia B. Hadlock and the entire Bridges to Community Team
